Ready to stock or pre-order products?
Most of our products are pre-ordered according to the design and quantity required.
How long does it take to pre-order?
Fusion Local: Expect delivery within 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the products ordered.
Fusion Luxe: Pre-orders are delivered within 5 to 8 weeks.
How do I order?
You have need to pay 50% down payment, after the products are ready you will need to make a payment before the products are sent to the destination address. (We will regularly update the production process and quality control before shipping in the form of videos and photos)
Is there a service guarantee?
Fusion Local: We provide a guarantee on all Fusion Local products, provided that an unboxing video is recorded from start to finish (no cuts). In case of any damage, this video ensures that we can take full responsibility.
Fusion Luxe: All Fusion Luxe products come with a one-year guarantee, covering any issues not due to human error. Like Fusion Local, an unboxing video from start to finish (no cuts) is required to validate any claims related to damage.
